Jim Maass is certified as a Residential Inspector and Commercial Inspector by the American Institute of Inspectors. He has over 18 years experience in construction, restoration, and renovation and is a state-licensed Inspector (SC License #528), Real Estate Appraiser (SC License #1846) and Real Estate Agent. He founded and operates RPC Home Inspections in Columbia, SC, a successful inspection firm that performs residential and commercial inspections in South Carolina.  Jim also operates Inspection Training Southeast, Inc. to train and certify students to become qualified, professional inspectors in the southeastern United States. He brings with him his real world experience in real estate and his experience and ever-growing knowledge of the inspection profession. Jim is a past President of the American Institute of Inspectors and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
