Ron Cloyd is a dedicated educator and designated Lifetime Master Inspector.  He has spent many years learning the necessary information to teach and certify students in the profession of performing home inspections.  At the same time he was also building his inspection business.  Ron has over 25 years teaching and inspection experience and has performed over 15,000 inspections.  He is an experienced custom homebuilder, a licensed Oregon Contractor, a licensed Oregon Certified Inspector and was the elected Chairman of the Board for A.I.I. (2001 - 2003).  His qualifications are as follows:  Certified Educator/Instructor, Certified and Trained to perform Pre-purchase Home Inspections, Structural Pest and Dry Rot Inspections, Earthquake Safety Inspections (Oregon and A.I.I), FEMA and routinely performs commercial inspections. Ron has expanded and enhanced the CIT's training manuals and has had his course for Structural Pest and Dry Rot Inspections approved for certification by A.I.I. His courses are approved in many states and is also an approved Continuing Education Provider.
