List Reports at no additional fee.

Washington State Fundamentals of Home Inspection Course Includes:
4 sections providing the required 120 hours of classroom and 40 hours of field training.

Part One - “Basic Knowledge of Home Inspection”
This section is designed to give the student knowledge of the majority of the 21 topic areas.
During this portion of the course the student will learn through lecture, discussion, and reading.

|
Part Two - “Intermediate Knowledge and Skills of Home Inspection”
This section is designed to give the student additional knowledge of the 21 topic areas. During
this portion of the course the student will learn through lecture, discussion, and reading.

|
Part Three - “Comprehension and Application of Home Inspection”
This section is designed to give the student the ability to grasp the meaning of the material
in the 21 topic areas. During this portion of the course the student will learn through lecture,
discussion, and reading.

Part Four - “Field Study and Practice”
This section is designed to show the student methods and techniques of performing inspections
and also give students the opportunity to apply the material learned in the 21 topic areas.
During this portion of the course students will watch instructors perform inspections while
discussing the instructor’s and students’ observations and techniques being used. Students will
also role play as inspectors to practice applying their knowledge and comprehension of the 21 area topics.
