Structural Pests and Dry Rot Course For A.I.I. Certification
This 1-Day Course follows the 3-Day Class for Oregon/Washington Students
However, it may be taken as a standalone course.
There are about 3 hours of reading homework that must be completed prior to attending class.  

1-Day Pest and Dry Rot Course includes a manual, outline and inspection software.
The class begins with a very strong Power Point presentation, followed 
by a "hands on experience" with real structural pests and dry rot. 


Structural Pests and Dry Rot Software is also included, it will make your report writing 
easier and more professional looking.  This CD also contains additional useful information  
about the pest inspection profession, including the Standards of Practice of the American 
Institute of Inspectors.  You must have standards by which you practice this profession.
