Home Study Course For Home Inspecting
The Home Study Course is composed of a training manual, two reference manuals, 
covering most if not all the technical areas of all the major components 
of homes,  and a set of 4 DVD's on home inspection. 



 The DVD set covers the primary components of the home  including the electrical 
system, the roofing system, the heating and air conditioning system, the plumbing 
system, the structural system (interior and exterior), the tools required for home
inspection, marketing ideas that work, the actual home inspection procedures and 
much more.  There is a 15-page checklist report, a Contract for Service that has 
been time tested by the American Institute of Inspectors ^TM  (A.I.I.),  marketing 
brochures and several other forms used to make your business prosper.
These forms are "photo ready"  copies; meaning they are ready to be used 
for masters and taken to your printer for additional copies, as you need them.  
Many other companies have additional fees for their inspection reports, but with
CIT the inspection report masters are all included with the HS Course.
This is a complete course.  When you have finished you are 
ready to begin your new career in home inspection.
