Subject: Re: question regarding Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report
In the State of Oregon, it is the policy of the Santa Ana Homeownership Center that the Wood Destroying
Insect Report, NPMA-33, be completed and signed by a licensed pesticide applicator. In no instance may a
Home Inspector, FHA Roster Inspector, or other individual that does not maintain an appropriate pest control
applicator license sign this report.
