Subject: Re: question regarding Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report

In the State of Oregon, it is the policy of the Santa Ana Homeownership Center that the Wood Destroying Insect Report, NPMA-33, be completed and signed by a licensed pesticide applicator. In no instance may a Home Inspector, FHA Roster Inspector, or other individual that does not maintain an appropriate pest control applicator license sign this report.

Should you have any additional questions regarding the above information, please call me at 888.827.5605 x3451.
