Home Study Structural Pests and Dry Rot Course
Course does not include A.I.I. Certification.  You can attend a later scheduled 
class and take the tests for certification for an additional fee.

There are about 3 hours of reading homework that 
must  be completed prior to attending class.  

The Home Study materials are the same materials that are used in the one-day class 
for certification except that they include a 3 video set which was filmed during 
an actual class and represent the most important information presented in class.  
By studying them in their entirety, you will begin to grasp the necessary information to 
perform P&DR inspections.  The videos are provided with the Home Study 
Course only!  The Report Writing Software is included with this course.

 Structural Pests and Dry Rot Software is also included, it will make your report writing 
easier and more professional looking.  This CD also contains additional useful information  
about the pest inspection profession, including the Standards of Practice of the American 
Institute of Inspectors.  You must have standards by which you practice this profession.
