I'm often asked what others say about CIT's training. So, here are a few unsolicited
comments taken from the evaluation forms that are filled out at the end of all classes
and letters that CIT has received from past students. Student's comments are a great
reason for CIT's success because many excellent ideas come from the students themselves.

Carl L. Rienstra, Marysville, WA
Congratulations on a great conference. Being a new member and attending my first
conference, I would like to applaud the leadership and staff for putting on what
I thought was a very well presented program. I was very impressed with the membership
and the friendly atmosphere that prevailed.
Last year, when I was looking for training, I met Jim Corbin and Ron Cloyd and was
impressed by their friendly, helpful attitude which led me to choose "CIT" training.
Upon taking their classes, I respected them even more, and now attending a conference
I know where those attitudes come from.
Good Going All!!!!

Hi Ron,
Just wanted to give you a little feed back on my training down in Pennsylvania.
I spent a lot of time going through the video's, the books, test's and textbook.
While this was very helpful, it pales in comparison to the practical experience
and enthusiasm I received from Ron Hungarter.
I know you are aware of his credentials and his knowledge as a Home Inspector but
that does not always mean that it translates well to his students. He told us that
people call him the "Black Knight" because of his forthright inspections and his
ability to maintain his convictions when he, as well as others would benefit from
him being a little more realtor friendly. Having been a trainer in my life I wanted
you to know that while he prides himself on being the Black Knight, what he really
is the "Crown Jewel" for C.I.T. and A.I.I.
Ron has the very rare ability to take a confusing thought and break it down for
you in a way that the conclusion seems clear to you. That is very rare indeed! Since
getting back home I have talked to the other people in my class a couple of times
and they echo these comments. Ron made us all feel welcome and his wit and enthusiasm
were a great source of encouragement for all of us.
I know you are proud of A.I.I. and of the new inspectors that are joining the organization.
I hope you also take a moment to pat yourself on the back for adding Ron Hungarter
to your team. He has earned our respect and admiration.
Best regards,
Marty

Hi Ron:
I wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I enjoyed the recent training
I had at Ron Hungarter's VIP training. His wealth of knowledge and experience
was not only helpful in the overall training but also very much appreciated. I could
have spent a month with him to be able to absorb as much of his knowledge as I could.
This hands on training along with your home study has enabled me to move forward
in a positive direction rather than with uncertainty. I am also looking forward
to tapping into other folks in A.I.I.!
Again, thank you for putting together the home study course and for putting me in
touch with Ron at VIP.
Doug Teloar, California
"I appreciate the training you gave, not only for the technical information that
I received, but also for the confidence and professionalism that you instill."
Roy Brown, California/Washington
"First I wanted to say thanks for the great training. From a guy with a college
degree, 2 years of post graduate work, a second 2 year degree, plus years of appraiser
training, your teaching ability is as good as any I have ever seen. A.I.I. should
feel privileged to have you as an instructor."
Steve Dillon, Oregon
Steve had been a licensed exterminator for many years and was adding home inspections
to his business. - "I really enjoyed your class. It was extremely beneficial
to me. I have told a number of people about it and am highly recommending it to
anyone thinking about going into the home inspection business (even if they think
the already know about it.)"
Wil Etherington, Oregon
"Please feel free to give my name and number to prospective students. Your class
and study materials did prepare me to successfully complete Oregon State's Certification
exams, saving time and money." (Oregon now has a five part state examination to
become certified, which includes test questions on pests and dry rot inspections.)"
Doug Landreth, Oregon
"I just wanted to thank you again for putting together the class on home inspections.
Like you said, we are all sponges trying to absorb as much information as possible.
I know I still have a lot to learn, but after taking your class, I feel better about
the business of home inspections."
Craig Young, Oregon
"I am very glad that I came to the field practical segment of your course. It tied
up many loose ends and answered and fostered many questions for me. I think it an
excellent value. Again, thank you very much."
Kelly Morris, California
"I was extremely pleased with the entire training process. The training materials
were, in my opinion, outstanding. The quality of the home study materials provided
an excellent background for the classroom and practical exam portions. I was also
impressed with the professional and educational manner in which they were presented.
I look forward to an exciting and mutually benefiting relationship with A.I.I. and
my fellow professional inspectors."
Dan Potter, Oregon
"I just wanted to express how much I enjoyed your course on the weekend of July
11th - 13th. I thought that Perry was a great instructor and really identified with
us (the students) very well. I've never sat through a course that provided such
useful information in a short amount of time. I really liked the hands on experience
that I received from the course."
